Please read the following instructions carefully before you choose our services:

  1. 1. Texts and images in original documents must be clear, preferably electronic copies. After jobs and prices agreed between you and our personnel, a translation/interpretation contract shall be signed with agreed payment methods. For any questions, please timely consult with our personnel.
  2. Translation jobs require hard and complicated labor of both mind and body, with the amount of time needed being proportionate to translation quality. Except in cases of urgent or very urgent jobs, please allow us ample time as much as possible.
  3. Support materials, such as previously translated documents, glossaries and reference documents and manuals, are welcome for jobs with higher technical levels, to ensure fast and accurate translation operations.
  4. Words counting is based on Chinese characters and punctuation marks, spaces not included, indicated in Microsoft Word. A job whose word count is less than 1,000 shall be charged the same as a job with 1,000 characters and marks.
  5. We will finish translation jobs within the time frame you specified and deliver them in ways you approved. Please make the remaining payment upon the delivery.
  6. Any document changes in the course of a translation job requested by customers, additional charges will be made based on the changed text.
  7. The Company shall not be held liable for the content and usage of a finished job and for consequences from direct or indirect use of the job; the Company is only responsible for the accuracy of translation. It is also not responsible for source, content and usage of the source text.
  8. Objections to or questions about finished jobs shall be brought up in writing by customers within 15 days upon the delivery, or a waiver will be deemed. We will correct errors and missings made by our translators. For a finished job whose error rate is higher than 0.5%, a double punishment (错一罚十) will be made for the surpassing part. Repeated errors shall be deemed as one error. In cases of delayed deliveries, a compensation will be made for customers in the following way: (unit price × agreed number of days) ? actual number of days.
  9. All original documents and finished jobs shall be keep confidential for customers.
  10. We will do our utmost to provide convenience to customers, including free fetch and delivery, free provisions of printed copies, floppy disks and CD writing of finished jobs.

    By signing a translation/interpretation agreement or contract, you will be deemed as agreeing to above terms.
