translation/interpretation quality. In addition
to experience and levels of translators/interpreters,
the soundness of translation/interpretation
flows is also a key factor.
Project analysis:
we accept translation/interpretation projects
in virtually all document formats, analyze
their contents and accordingly work out
estimated workloads and charges to be delivered
to you free of charges within a few hours.
We will also appoint a project manager in
charge of project implementation and coordination.
Arrangement
of translators/interpreters:
upon receipt of a project, the project director
will work out a bilingual list of technical
terms, organize a project team composed
of competent translators/interpreters with
specialized knowledge backgrounds as required
by customers and perform a full-length quality
control, with considerations for high-efficiency
and high-speed operations.
Translation/interpretation:
translators/interpreters
shall complete their jobs within specified
periods of time and the project manager
shall be responsible for coordinating large-scale
or time crucial projects. To ensure the
quality of our translation/interpretation
services and standardized and consistent
wording, we will timely establish several
translation/interpretation teams to analyze
requirements, standardize technical terms
and identify language styles and formats
of receptor texts.
Double proofreading:
senior translation reviewers are responsible
for the translation quality while the proofreading
team proofread and edit target texts and
specialized contents, a process that will
eliminate spelling, typing and grammar errors
and ensure appropriate and consistent wording.
Editing and
typesetting: editing and
typesetting will be performed according
to customers’ needs, using such software
as Office, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Freehand,
Framemaker and Acrobat Reader.

ensure customers the loyalty between finished
jobs and the source text.
