1. Words counting is based on Chinese characters and punctuation marks, spaces not included, indicated in Microsoft Word. A job whose word count is less than 1,000 shall be charged the same as a job with 1,000 characters and marks.
2. Credentials, materials for overseas goers, notarial documents, drivers’ licenses, school enrollment notices and sealed materials shall be charged RMB150 each.
3. For patent and law documents and contracts with higher specialization and accuracy levels, an additional charge of 20-30% will be made depending on technical difficulty levels. Urgent jobs will be overcharged by 20-100% of the total payment as an urgency fee, according to our standards for urgent jobs (about 3,000-4,000 characters and marks a 8-hour working day)
4. After signing the agreement, a 60% of the total payment shall be prepaid, with the rest paid after the finished job is delivered. Job fetching and delivering free of charges within Ring Road IV, providing hardcopies produced on a laser printer, floppy disks or CDs.
5. Providing services in high-grade design, photographing, printing, binding and layout for customers.
6. The Company shall not be held liable for the content and usage of a finished job and for consequences from direct or indirect use of the job; the Company is only responsible for the accuracy of translation. It is also not responsible for source, content and usage of the source text.
7. Floating prices for translation is set for ordinary technical documents and specialized translation materials.

1. In cases of out-of-town jobs, the customer shall be responsible for our interpreter’s traffic, accommodation, security and other expenses;
2. The bottom interpretation price shall be RMB400 within a service duration of 3 hours. Our day bottom rate, RMB800/day, applies if the service duration ranges between 3 and 8 hours and RMB200 will be charged for each additional hour. The service duration begins upon the interpreter’s arrival at the customer’s premises and ends when he or she leaves, including the break and lunch hours.
